Puriri Park Village has been a cornerstone of the local community for over 40 years, offering a balance of independence and community for seniors. We pride ourselves on creating a safe and friendly environment where you can enjoy life, pursue hobbies, make new friends or continue your career.
Caring for Our Village
Our Village is all about independent living, where residents take pride in looking after each other and the Village. Every unit owner is a member of the Body Corporate and has a say in setting priorities.

Resident groups organise social events, outings and a weekly shopping trip.

Village administration is looked after by our own staff.

Overall management and governance is taken care of by the Body Corporate Committee who are elected each year by the unit owners/residents

Maintenance of the common areas is also organised by the Village to ensure that the grounds and property are always kept in good condition.
